II SIEERE
The
International Seminar on Ethical and Rhetorical Studies in Education aims to
contribute to the academic discussions that guide the foundations of basic
education, university education and the training of teachers in contemporary
times.
About the Seminar
Although
studies in the rhetorical field date back to classical philosophical perspectives,
their application in the educational field is newer. In this sense, against the
grain of the speeches which intend to prescribe efficiency formulas for
different educational realities, rhetorical studies aim to emphasize the characteristics and importance of speeches that highlight
cultural, social and ethical aspects. Thus, it is important to ensure the
regularity of an academic forum that allows interlocution, systematization and
dissemination of such studies in Brazil.
